IT Support offerings

  • Remote Support
    Our support staff can remotely connect to any internet connected desktop or server in any location Australia wide. We currently have customers as far north as Mackay, QLD. Many of our customers have roaming staff that travel overseas and nationally on a regular basis. As long as they can connect to the internet we can support them wherever and whenever they need it.
  • Onsite Support
     Same day onsite support and service. For customer outside our onsite delivery area we can organize an appropriate onsite technician in your area as required. If you already have an onsite support provider that does not offer the full range of services offered by PurpleC; we will work with them to ensure they are alerted to any issues on your behalf as soon as they arise. Many regional areas have difficulty finding a local provider with Microsoft Server expertise. By providing the back to back support to your local provider we can ensure you have access to leading solutions no matter where you are located.
  • Server & Desktop Monitoring
    Don't let the maintaining of your IT infrastructure be done in a purely reactive fashion. Most major problems can be avoided if the appropriate actions are taken to address a small issue before it becomes a major problem. Event Logs, Backups, AV updates, Disk space and performance need to be regularly monitored; in most cases on a daily basis. 
  • Time & Material or Managed Service Agreement
     For customers that require a fixed cost to their monthly IT support we have managed service offerings for servers and desktops/notebooks. Customers on an MSA also have accesses to fixed price "Outcomes based pricing" for any item not within the specific Managed service agreement. For Customers not on an agreement we offer standard T&M based pricing.
