The following PurpleC Client Connect options are included as part of the Monitoring Plan –

Server Monitoring - Proactively monitor your server for errors and events that may cause Server Hardware or Software failure. - Proactively monitor your server for performance issues to ensure peak efficiency is maintained. - Proactively monitor your servers backup processes to protect your data in the event of failure - Monitor your Anti-Virus to ensure it is always up to date; when used with PurpleC's AV Solution 2. Desktop Monitoring - Proactively monitor your desktops/notebooks for errors and events that may cause substandard operation. - Monitor your Anti-Virus to ensure it is always up to date; when used with PurpleC's AV Solution 3. Online Support - Access to PurpleC’s Client Connect online support system for logging and tracking jobs - Provides advanced remote control and support 4. Reporting - You will be supplied with a monthly Audit report detailing the status of your IT Networks.
In addition, Customer connect gives PurpleC the ability to automate many monthly maintenance tasks. For example; Windows Security and Patch updates, Disk defragmentation and general application updates
Based on the Audit report you may choose to have us implement some of this functionality to further improve the overall performance and security of your network.
